Business Opportunity Fair Scheduled
Business people can meet and mingle at the second annual Ventura County Business Opportunity Fair at the fairgrounds Sept. 18.
The fair will showcase about 80 exhibitors, including representatives of Amgen, AT&T;, Prison Industry Authority, Rockwell International, Southern California Gas, 3M and government agencies and public utilities.
Opportunities in the U.S. Navy, private industry and state and regional government, along with resources for finding opportunities, will be discussed during the fair’s hourlong workshops.
A nonprofit group of business, Chamber of Commerce and governmental leaders organizes the business fair.
The fair, which costs $5 per person, will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
