Coaches to Discuss Global Experiences

Three Cal State Northridge coaches will sit down with community members this afternoon to talk about their summer experiences around the globe.

Sponsored by the international honor society Phi Beta Delta, the informal event will include Don Strametz, head coach of CSUN’s track and field team, assistant volleyball coach Jeff Campbell and head volleyball coach John Price.

Strametz and Campbell attended the Olympic Games in Atlanta. Price traveled with the men’s volleyball team to a tournament in Jakarta, Indonesia. The men will share their experiences from the international events and take questions from the audience, said Fred Strache, president of Phi Beta Delta’s Omega chapter at CSUN.

The event will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the University Student Union’s Thousand Oaks Room, 18111 Nordhoff St.
