Grace’s Contract Extended by Cubs

The Chicago Cubs locked up first baseman Mark Grace for at least the next two seasons for more than $9 million, his agent said.
The Cubs and the two-time All-Star agreed to restructure his current contract, agent Barry Axelrod said. The club has an option for the 1999 season.
