New Zealand’s Haka Bowl Off

Promoters of the proposed Dec. 26 Haka Bowl game in Auckland, New Zealand, missed a deadline to post a financial guarantee to the NCAA and the game was canceled. The game was to have matched the third-place Pacific 10 team against the No. 3 team from the Western Athletic Conference. The Pac-10 bowl rotation is now, in order: Rose, Cotton, Aloha, Sun.
