Diedrich Expands Beyond 80th Anniversary

Diedrich Coffee, which recently made its initial public offering, celebrated its 80th anniversary Oct. 30. The company owns and operates 40 coffeehouses in California, Texas and Colorado, and plans to add 30 new stores in 1997.
Irvine-based Diedrich, which has 18 locations in Orange County, also operates a wholesale division and a mail-order business.
