Three Fullerton Union High School alumni have been added to the campus Wall of Fame.

The honors went to Barbara Strickland Keller, an author who graduated from Fullerton High in 1943; Jack Townsend, an educator who graduated in 1955; and Ron Banderas, an entrepreneur who graduated in 1964.

Keller, author of seven novels, was valedictorian of her senior class. She graduated from UCLA and also holds a master’s degree from Cal State Fullerton.

Townsend was the school organist who went on to graduate from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in school administration.

Banderas, who holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Cal State Fullerton, founded and was chief executive officer of Banderas Insurance and Realty. Now retired, he volunteers as a coach and tutor. He recently won the Distinguished Alumni Award from Fullerton College.

The three alumni’s names have been placed on plaques that hang on the Wall of Fame in the high school’s administration building.
