Police Seek Help to Identify Body
Police are asking for help in identifying an apparent suicide victim who was discovered Monday morning in Newport Harbor.
Authorities found the nude body of a man with his wrists slashed after a fisherman spotted him around 9 a.m., police said.
The body had been in the water about five hours, police said. The man appeared to be about 30, and about 5 feet 9, with reddish-brown hair and blue eyes.
