Time--7:30 p.m.

TV--Fox Sports West.

Radio--XTRA (690).

King update--Goaltender Stephane Fiset, who spent three hours in the hospital after dehydration forced him to leave Saturday’s 4-2 victory over Colorado, will not start tonight but he will be the backup for Byron Dafoe. Look for defensemen Sean O’Donnell, Philippe Boucher and Steven Finn to continue to be more active offensively as Coach Larry Robinson continues to seek more scoring punch. The Kings’ penalty-killing unit is ranked third in the NHL in giving up only 13 power-play goals for the season.

Penguin update--Jaromir Jagr leads the team with 27 goals in 27 games and Mario Lemieux’s 36 points rank him among the league’s top 10 scorers. Pittsburgh also has defenseman Kevin Hatcher, who has four goals and 20 points, and forward Ron Francis, who has 21 assists. The Penguins’ problem has been their penalty-killing unit, which is the third-worst in the league in giving up 26 power-play goals.
