Cheever’s Victory Doesn’t Rate Coverage
I see The Times allows Shav Glick to continue to promote the Indy Racing League. The winner of that race, Eddie Cheever, is typical of the second-rate and washed-up drivers that have been attracted to the second-rate IRL. Cheever is no better driver because he lucked into a victory in a second-rate series.
I look forward to the equal coverage you will accord to races for the PPG Cup, a much more significant series with two events here in Southern California.
