New Planner Appointed to Commission
Richard A. Fuller has been appointed to the city Planning Commission, succeeding Tom Thomson, who was elected to the City Council in November.
The new commissioner is a principal with the appraisal firm Fuller & Hansen and has worked with city officials to determine the value of properties.
He also served on a city advisory committee that recommended improvements to Mariners Mile, the business district along West Coast Highway.
