Brady Replaces Brown at LSU

BATON ROUGE, La. —
John Brady, basketball coach at Samford University, is succeeding Dale Brown at Louisiana State.
“He is the right person at the right time to take this program into the next century,” Joe Dean, LSU’s athletic director, said Monday.
Brady, 42, became the top candidate when Mississippi Coach Rob Evans turned down the job Wednesday.
