Tisdale’s Father Is Dead at 74

The Rev. Louis Tisdale, father of Phoenix Sun forward Wayman Tisdale, died of a heart attack Friday in Tulsa, Okla., officials said. Louis Tisdale was 74.
Tisdale, who for 21 years was pastor of Friendship Baptist Church, suffered a heart attack after he and his wife and their grandchildren returned from a visit with his son in Phoenix, church secretary Willie Mosley said.
