Two Fullerton Soccer Players Sign Pro Contracts

Two Cal State Fullerton soccer players, Joe DiGiamarino and Brian Dunseth, have decided to pass up their final two years of college eligibility and sign contracts with Major League Soccer, Titan Coach Al Mistri said Monday.

Mistri said the contracts are with the league, and the players have not yet been assigned to MLS teams. Both were sophomores last season as Fullerton finished 11-4-6 and reached the second round of the NCAA playoffs.

DiGiamarino and Dunseth have been training in San Diego this spring with the U.S. under-20 national team and still plan to play in the FIFA World Youth Championships in Malaysia this summer.
