La Habra’s Garcia Wins Anaheim Golf
ANAHEIM —
Hector Garcia of La Habra became the first two-time winner of the Anaheim City amateur golf championship Sunday when he shot a two-under 69 at Dad Miller.
He opened the tournament with a five-under 67 at Anaheim Hills Saturday and finished at 136, six shots better than Ken Murez of Sherman Oaks. Garcia has entered the tournament three times, winning in 1979 and finishing fourth last year.
