Core Inc. Buys Firm

IRVINE — Core Inc. said Wednesday it bought Social Security Disability Consultants & Disability Services Inc., a disability management services company in Novi, Mich. The purchase includes cash and stock options, but specific financial terms were not disclosed.

The Michigan company will do business as SSDC Corp. and become a subsidiary of Core, which provides similar services.
