So how much is the Big Tujunga Wash worth? After the city rejected a developer’s plan to build a golf course there, the Foothill Golf Development Group filed a $215-million claim against the city. But environmentalists said Wednesday the property’s real value was about $3 million. . . . “One side says it’s worth $3 million, the other side says its $215 million,” observed Councilman Joel Wachs, who supported the project. “It will probably end up in a court to be decided by a jury.”
