Schuller Is Home After Heart Attack
After making significant progress, the Rev. Robert H. Schuller was released from UCI Medical Center late Monday night following treatment for a minor heart attack, a Crystal Cathedral spokesman said.
Schuller plans to rest at home and ease into pastoral duties at the Garden Grove church, which he founded, said Michael Nason, church spokesman.
Schuller’s physician, Dr. Thomas Cesario, said, “Dr. Schuller is recovering at the rate that we expected and he is doing well.”
Nason said Schuller and his family thank the hundreds of people who have written and called since the heart attack over the weekend.
