Brea Olinda 101, Norwalk Glenn 42--Kyle Dodd scored 18 points, Reid Carlson had 15 and Chris McMillian had 14 to lead host Brea Olinda (10-1).

El Toro 46, Rancho Alamitos 37--Freshman Chris Parish scored 12 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter for El Toro (8-3) in the first-round game.

In the Bullhead City (Ariz.) tournament:

Magnolia 55, Paradise Valley (Ariz.) 32--Eric McGhee scored 17 points and Paul Cabico added 15 as Magnolia defeated the defending tournament and state champions in the tournament final.

Zamiro Bennem, who had nine points and eight assists in the championship game, was named tournament MVP.

In another tournament game:

Irvine 70, Yuma (Ariz.) Kofa 63--Chris Ferguson scored 10 of his 25 points in the second quarter as Irvine (10-4) built a 34-26 halftime lead in the consolation final. Kofa cut the lead to 44-40 at the end of the third quarter but never got closer.

In the Trabuco Hills tournament:

Century 66, Long Beach Wilson 45--Junior Mike Zepeda scored 25 points, including 12 in the third quarter, and grabbed 10 rebounds for Century in the consolation game. Terrail Zoller contributed 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Centurions (7-3).

Laguna Hills 70, Rocklin 46--Laguna Hills Coach Dave Brown won the 450th game of his career. Josh Pierson had 18 points and Bill Rietkerk added 15 to lead the Hawks (9-2) in the consolation game.

In nonleague basketball:

No. 2 Tustin 74, Santa Ana Valley 56--Peter Johnston and Willie Knighton each scored 16 points for Tustin (10-1). Knighton scored 12 on three-pointers.

Foothill 56, Sunny Hills 54--Jack Robbins made a 10-foot jumper at the buzzer to win the game. Drew Buford made 15 of his 21 points in the second half for Foothill (4-7).

Laguna Beach 79, Corona del Mar 53--B.J. Jameson made four of five three-pointers and finished with 27 points for Laguna Beach (9-3). Nick Reynolds contributed 17 points and nine rebounds and Chris Sirianni had 10 points and nine assists for the Artists.
