A masters field sprinkled with former Olympians will be the final event tonight at the 13th annual Bastille Day races.

Ruth Wysocki, who competed in the 1984 Olympics, and Steve Scott, who ran in 1984 and ‘88, will be part of the field for the masters event, for runners 40 and older. The race is part of the Indy Life Circuit, a nine-event series that ranges from 5Ks to marathons.

Wysocki, 40, has set two U.S. masters records in winning a 5K and 10K this year. Scott, a 41-year-old UC Irvine graduate who holds the U.S. record in the mile, is running in his first Indy Life Circuit race.
