Husband Acquitted in Death of Wife Stabbed in Neck
A Torrance businessman accused of second-degree murder in his wife’s death was acquitted Friday.
Lorrie Tuccinardi, 60, was found not guilty by a Torrance Superior Court jury in the June 29, 1996, death of his wife, Karen, 53, who suffered a fatal knife wound to the neck.
Tuccinardi’s defense attorney, Leslie Abramson, had argued to jurors that Karen Tuccinardi had fallen on the knife.
