Don’t Tell Them Kings Aren’t Doing It Right

Regarding the story on the Kings raising ticket prices:

As five-year King season-ticket holders, let us tell you the difference between the “old” and the “new” regimes. In the old, season-ticket holders were treated exactly like anyone else who had just walked up and bought a ticket at the last minute.

Now we are treated royally. We have been kept informed. We have personal account representatives who will call just to see how the game experience has been. We have a beautiful monthly newsletter. We had an amazing draft day party. We can call and speak to Dave Taylor if he’s not off chasing free agents.

We are treated as we should be . . . as the fans who will keep coming back year in and year out because we love hockey and we know every team can’t win all the time.
