New Health Clinic: Proyecto del Barrio, a social service agency primarily serving the East Valley, has obtained zoning variances for a new $4.7-million health center in Canoga Park. . . . The Center for a Healthy Community will offer a primary care clinic and prenatal and outreach services to the growing Latino population in the West Valley. Groundbreaking is scheduled for October.
