Ex-Teacher Gets Probation for Child Pornography
A former Los Angeles substitute schoolteacher was sentenced to probation Friday for producing child pornography.
Rodney Blaine Anderson, 42, who taught at George Washington Preparatory High School from December 1995 until his arrest in July, was also ordered to undergo psychological counseling, pay a $500 fine, stay away from children under 18 and register as a sex offender. Superior Court Judge Judith Champagne also barred Anderson from working in any school setting, and from photographing or videotaping anyone under 18 without permission.
Anderson pleaded no contest in July to three felony counts of using a minor for sexual acts.
