Saying his four-week suspension was unfair, cornerback Larry Brown returned to practice with the Oakland Raiders with no assurance he’ll play again this season.

Brown was suspended in mid-October for “conduct detrimental to the team.”

Coach Joe Bugel refused to speculate on whether Brown will appear in a game again this season for the Raiders, though he said it’s unlikely Brown will play Sunday night at San Diego.
