Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for help in locating three men wanted on outstanding felony warrants.

Authorities are searching for Jose Angel Cruz, 30, who is wanted on suspicion of felony hit-and-run. Cruz, who is on probation for selling drugs, is suspected of hitting a bicyclist Sept. 23 on Avenida de Los Arboles at the Moorpark Freeway overpass in Thousand Oaks, officials said.

He is 5 feet, 10 inches and 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

His last known address was on El Monte Drive in Thousand Oaks. Investigators believe he may be in the Silver Strand area near Oxnard.

Antonio Joel Estala, 23, is wanted for allegedly violating the terms of his probation. Estala, who authorities say is a gang member, is on probation for battery and drug offenses. A warrant for his arrest was issued in May, officials said.

He is 5 feet, 10 inches and 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Investigators also are looking for Pio Robolledo, 23, in connection with an armed robbery in Los Angeles County. In February 1996, L.A. County authorities issued a warrant for Robolledo, described as a gang member from Thousand Oaks.

Robolledo is 5 feet, 2 inches and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was 850 Warwick Ave. in Thousand Oaks.

Investigators are encouraging anyone with information on any of the fugitives to call the Ventura County Crime Stoppers hotline at 385-8255 or 494-8255.

Tipsters can call anonymously, and if the information leads to an arrest and conviction, can receive rewards of up to $1,000, officials said.
