It’s no mystery why Gonzaga beat fifth-ranked Clemson on Sunday. When you shoot well, it’s difficult to lose.

The Bulldogs shot 68% from the field, including 74% from three-point range, and 77% from the free-throw line in a 84-71 victory in the championship game of the Top of the World Classic at Fairbanks, Alaska.

Matt Santangelo scored a game-high 19 points, including five of seven three-point shots, and Quentin Hall added 18 for the Bulldogs (4-0). Greg Buckner scored 19 for Clemson (3-1), which made only two of 12 three-point attempts.
