Contract Extension for Jets’ Glenn

Aaron Glenn agreed to terms on a five-year, $19.3-million contract extension with the New York Jets that will make him the second-highest paid cornerback in the NFL behind Deion Sanders. It replaces a four-year, $4-million deal. . . . The Oakland Raiders re-signed defensive end Aundray Bruce, who was cut one week before the season began. . . . Scott Bentley joined the Denver Broncos practice squad in hopes of replacing injured kicker Jason Elam.
