Emmitt Smith has accepted that fact that, at least for the time being, he will be sharing time in the Dallas Cowboy backfield with Sherman Williams.
"I just want to do whatever it takes to win the game," Smith said. "If it's rotating me and Sherman in and out after every eight plays or whatever, than that's what it is. Let's do it."
Meanwhile, the Cowboys announced that strong safety Darren Woodson could miss up to three weeks after hyperextending his right knee in practice. He is listed as doubtful for Monday night's game against Washington.
