TONIGHT’S GAME
MARLINS’ AL LEITER (11-10, 4.45 ERA) vs. INDIANS’ CHARLES NAGY (15-12, 4.28 ERA)
5:15 p.m., Jacobs Field
Channel 4
* Update: The inconsistent Leiter has some reason to be positive about tonight’s game. He pitched well against the Indians in 1995. “I threw a couple of my best games as a Blue Jay against a great Indian lineup,” Leiter said. “I have a confident feeling against that team, and I’ve pitched in Jacobs Field, so I’m comfortable with that.” Nagy, who pitched in and out of trouble in the Indians’ pennant-clinching victory against Baltimore, and would like to get the Indians a 2-1 series lead before turning Game 4 over to rookie Jaret Wright.
