POW Flag May Fly Daily at City Hall
A flag commemorating prisoners of war and soldiers missing in action may fly at City Hall year-round.
At the request of the Costa Mesa Veterans of Foreign Wars, the City Council will decide Monday whether to display the banner next to the state flag and the Stars and Stripes at City Hall.
Monday’s meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers, 77 Fair Drive.
