Kennedy 31, North Hollywood 0--The Golden Cougars (2-1) held the Huskies (0-3) to 104 total yards and sacked Husky quarterback Vadim Valcu three times at Kennedy.
Kennedy’s Ray Rodriguez completed four of 11 passes for 79 yards, including touchdown plays of 35 and 12 yards to Micah Arnold. Rodriguez also scrambled 23 yards for a touchdown, extending Kennedy’s lead to 30-0 in the fourth quarter.
Paul Jones of Kennedy rushed for 81 yards in 11 carries. Jones scored on a 26-yard run.
