Inmate Dies at County Jail Clinic
A 35-year-old inmate died over the weekend at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility’s medical clinic, a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman said Sunday.
The unidentified inmate, arrested in December on a burglary charge, was under medical supervision for undetermined causes when he died at 10:10 p.m. Saturday in the jail clinic, Deputy Michael Irving said. An autopsy will be conducted, he said.
