5. Avery Johnson: increased seven seasons (1989-95)
6. Shawn Kemp: increased seven seasons (1990-96)
7. Kevin McHale: increased seven seasons (1981-87)
x-After averaging 14.9 in 1997, Campbell is averaging 10.2 this year
