Rocky Staniorski

Fountain Valley, Junior; Softball/Catcher

Staniorski caught two pitching gems from her teammate, Natalie King, who beat seventh-ranked La Habra and third-ranked Pacifica to help the Barons reach the finals of the Woodbridge Easter Classic. But Staniorski delivered the offense, providing game-winning hits in a 2-0 quarterfinal victory over La Mirada and a 3-0 victory over La Habra.

Heather Hagen/Softball/Pitcher

* Marina, senior. Went 3-0, striking out 21 in 27 innings. Pitched a 12-inning two-hitter to defeat top-ranked Foothill, 2-1, for third place in the Santa Maria tournament.

Tiffany Manning/Diving

* El Toro, freshman. Won the Mission Viejo Diving Invitational with 483.60 points.

Quiana Starr/Track and Field

* Savanna, junior. Set school records in the long jump (17 feet 10 inches) and the 100-yard dash (11.44 seconds) in a meet against Western.
