Dressing Up

Operation School Bell provides all needy LAUSD students with free clothing or school uniforms. “We give clothes to children so that they can get an education and [obtain] the self-esteem to stay in school,” said Marlene Hopp, who has volunteered with the Hollywood-based group for 20 years. All appointments must be made through school officials.
