Starbucks Corp., the largest U.S. coffee retailer, said it will buy Pasqua Coffee, a closely held operator of 54 coffee shops in California and New York, for an undisclosed amount of cash. San Francisco-based Pasqua had revenue of $26 million last year. The Pasqua shops, typically located in busy downtown areas, will be converted to the Starbucks banner.
