Dan Lambert and Victor Ignajev scored shootout goals to lift the Long Beach Ice Dogs past the Cincinnati Cyclones, 3-2, Saturday and extend their road winning streak to an International Hockey League season-best five games.

Goaltender Kay Whitmore stopped 23 shots and five of the six short-handed situations against the Cyclones, the league’s top power-play unit.

A Cyclone-record crowd of 13,579 saw Lambert tie the score, 2-2, with a goal with 2:42 left to play.
