Fullerton Woman Killed When Car Rams Into Tree
A 32-year-old Fullerton woman died instantly about 11 p.m. Friday when she lost control of her car in the 1000 block of South Harbor Boulevard and ran into a tree in the median, Police Lt. Mike Stedman said.
The woman, identified as Luz Maria Lopez Estrada, died of blunt-force trauma to the chest, Stedman said. It was unclear why the car drifted across the road and onto the median, he said.
The woman was driving alone in a 1988 Ford Mustang southbound on South Harbor when the accident occurred, Stedman said.
