Everyone’s favorite hare stars in “The Bugs Bunny Film Festival,” July 23-26, four days of classic cartoons and special events including Looney Tunes character appearances, giveaways and contests. The festival offers two programs, each featuring 15 uncut cartoons: “Fest of the Best” (11 a.m., 3:30 and 7 p.m. Thursday through Sunday) and “Taz Gone Looney” (1:15 and 9:30 p.m. Thursday through Sunday).
