2 Women Injured in Accident Identified
Authorities identified two Los Angeles County residents as the victims of an accident in which their car plummeted about 75 feet off the 118 Freeway over the weekend.
Khana Nguyen, 29, of Reseda, and her passenger, Dieu Ho, 56, of Culver City, sustained only minor injuries, California Highway Patrol officials said.
Nguyen’s car was badly damaged, officials said.
The car careened down an embankment along the freeway near the Rocky Peak fire road in eastern Simi Valley around 1:40 p.m. Sunday, officials said.
The two were transferred to Simi Valley Hospital for treatment, but not admitted.
