Three suspects were arrested after a man was wounded early Thursday in a restaurant following an argument, officials said.

The 3 a.m. dispute at Jerry’s Famous Deli in the 8700 Beverly Boulevard escalated into a fight. One of the men pulled out a gun and chased the others out the restaurant’s door, shooting Richard Macklin once in the back, said Sgt. John Baylis of the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station.

Macklin was listed in fair condition at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Baylis said.
