Update--Clipper guard Eric Piatkowski, who sat out Friday night’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves because of a strained abdominal muscle, did not practice Saturday and is extremely doubtful for tonight. That means more playing time for fellow guard James Robinson, who scored 15 points in a season-high 41 minutes Friday night. The Clippers are trying to salvage this finale of the three-game home stand and break a five-game losing streak. The Clippers have won only nine of 35 home games, the Mavericks six of 34 road games. Dallas forward Cedric Ceballos, a former Laker, underwent season-ending knee surgery Friday.
