LAGUNA BEACH
The City Council will consider a proposal to oppose air cargo operations at the El Toro Marine Corps Air Station at its meeting tonight. Interim air cargo operations could begin at the base when it closes in July. The council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
