Elizabeth Rebecca McWee died at her home in Ventura on Wednesday after a brief illness. She was 93.
McWee was born in Winnipeg, Canada, on Oct. 29, 1905. She was an antique dealer for 60 years and lived in Ventura County for 30 years. In Ventura, McWee was involved in volunteer work, her family said.
McWee is survived by her son, Jim, of Mission Viejo, and two grandchildren.
There will be a visitation from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Charles Carroll Funeral Home in Ventura. A service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Church in Ventura led by Father Daniel O’Sullivan. Interment will follow at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sacred Heart Church’s Hurricane Mitch Fund.
Arrangements are being handled by Charles Carroll Funeral Home in Ventura.
