* East Wilken Way: Report of an assault with a deadly weapon Nov. 14 at 11:41 p.m. in the 100 block.

* Associated Road/Greenbriar Lane: A car turning left onto Greenbriar Lane was hit by another vehicle traveling on Associated Road at 6:35 p.m. Nov. 17. No one was injured.

BUENA PARK

* Beach Boulevard: The Ken Grody Ford dealership reported Tuesday at 11:35 a.m. that a 1999 Ford Explorer was stolen from its lot in the 6200 block.

CYPRESS

* Ossabaw Court: An attempted burglary was reported at 1:27 p.m. Nov. 16 in the 6700 block.

* Walker Street: A petty theft was reported at 5:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 9900 block.

DANA POINT

* La Cresta Drive: Report of a robbery alarm Nov. 14 at 8:34 a.m. in the 24000 block.

* Via Lenita: Report of a prowler Nov. 14 at 10:13 a.m. in the 33000 block.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Warner Avenue and Newhope Street: Two Santa Ana men, ages 20 and 19, were arrested for possession of a small quantity of marijuana Nov. 16 at 11:30 p.m. The 20-year-old also was cited for having illegally tinted windows on his vehicle.

FULLERTON

* South Vine Avenue: An auto burglary was reported at 1:41 p.m. Nov. 16 in the 1300 block.

* East Wilshire Avenue: An auto burglary was reported at 9:09 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block.

* South Pomona Avenue: A residential burglary was reported at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block.

GARDEN GROVE

* Diane Street: Report of a theft Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. in the 12200 block.

* Jerry Lane: Report of a vehicle burglary Tuesday at 1:05 p.m. in the 11100 block.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Warner Avenue: Police were called to the Post Office at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday because youths on skateboards were creating such a ruckus that senior citizens were afraid to get out of their cars.

* Goldenwest Street: A woman reported a case of “road rage” at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday when a man in a white car followed her into the college’s parking lot and threatened to kill her.

IRVINE

* Alton Parkway: About $18,000 worth of circuit breakers, copper wire, electronic enclosures and tools were reported stolen from a business in the 16200 block at 6:45 a.m. Nov. 16.

* Main Street: A hit-and-run was reported in the 1900 block at 1:40 p.m. Nov. 16.

* Pebblewood: Two tires on a victim’s car were reported slashed for the second time in one week, at 12:23 p.m. Nov. 16.

LA HABRA

* East Whittier Boulevard: Vandalism was reported Nov. 15 at 2:01 a.m. in the 1700 block.

* North Roanne Drive: A burglary was reported Nov. 15 at 8:44 a.m. in the 1400 block.

LA PALMA

* Valley View Avenue: A business’ front door was found smashed and the rear door was found open in the 7800 block at 7:04 a.m. Nov. 16.

* Walker Street: A juvenile at Walker Junior High had to be taken into custody at 2:21 p.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Wilson Street: A caller told police he believed five men have been living in an orange Dodge van parked nearby for a month. Food has been disappearing from his home and his power went off, and he thinks the incidents are related to the men in the van. Police found no one in the vehicle Nov. 16.

* Coast Highway: A caller reported a gull with a broken wing on the beach south of the pier about 3:20 p.m. Nov. 16.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Cabot Road: A report of a citizen in need of assistance Tuesday at 10:49 a.m. in the 25000 block.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* New Haven: A report of a robbery with an audible alarm Tuesday at 5:14 p.m. in the 100 block.

LAKE FOREST

* Canada Road: A report of a robbery with an audible alarm Tuesday at 9:12 a.m. in the 21000 block.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Cerritos Avenue: Police ticketed a handicapped-parking scofflaw in front of Newport Auto Exchange at about 2 p.m. Wednesday. Police responded to a report of a man in a white Mercedes who parked his car in the designated spot every day while he visited a piano store.

MISSION VIEJO

* Spartan Street: A report of a robbery with an audible alarm Tuesday at 6:46 p.m. in the 24000 block.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Hoag Drive: Someone entered offices in the Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian Cancer Center and took a $525 personal data computer from one office and a $3,600 computer system and monitor from another sometime before 11 a.m. Nov. 16.

ORANGE

* Center and Melrose streets: A report of a disturbance involving gang members throwing rocks at a vehicle Tuesday at 4:24 p.m.

* Del Monte Drive: On Nov. 14 at 3:36 p.m., a woman asked police to pick up some bullets that she found in the bottom of a box holding merchandise she bought at a swap meet at Golden West College.

* Katella Avenue: A report of a robbery with an audible alarm Tuesday at 6:16 p.m. in the 7000 block.

TUSTIN

* Browning Avenue: A youngster reported a man with a gun in the bathroom in the 13600 block at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday. Officials were unable to find either person.

VILLA PARK

* Durfee Lane: Deputies investigated a burglar alarm in the 18000 block about 1:10 p.m. Tuesday.

WESTMINSTER

* Bolsa Avenue and Beach Boulevard: A woman was reported hitchhiking in the middle of the street Tuesday at 6:03 p.m.
