The Orange County Spikers, a senior volleyball team from Tustin, will represent California in the national Senior Olympics championships in Florida in 1999--as long as the team can find a funding sponsor. Since the team, which consists of those 55 and older, was assembled about a year ago, it has not lost a Senior Olympics tournament, said member Harold Shiffer.
