Armed Man Robs Local Liquor Store
An armed bandit robbed a Ventura liquor store, police said Thursday.
The unidentified man walked into Valley Liquor on Loma Vista Road Wednesday night and pointed a handgun at the clerk, police said.
The clerk handed over an unspecified amount of cash from the register, and the thief fled in a waiting vehicle. The clerk was not injured.
