Montclair Prep 22, Southern California Christian 0--Gary Sonkur rushed for two touchdowns and passed for a two-point conversion at Hart Park in Orange.

Sonkur rushed for 116 yards in five carries, all in the first quarter, scoring on runs of 14 and 51 yards.

Registering its third consecutive shutout, Montclair Prep (5-1) was led by linebacker Gabby Abikasis. The Mounties, tuning up for their Division XII showdown against Paraclete next week, held the Flames (1-4) to 45 yards.

Junior running back Jerome Dennis completed the scoring on a 72-yard touchdown run early in the third quarter.
