OK for McGwire, Not for Steeler
The NFL suspended Pittsburgh Steeler offensive tackle Paul Wiggins for four games for taking the same dietary supplement used by baseball’s Mark McGwire.
The backup lineman said he bought Androstenedione, a testosterone producing drug, at a store in Eugene, Ore., without considering that it might be banned by the NFL. The drug is not banned in major league baseball.

The Indianapolis Colts cut veteran linebacker Quentin Coryatt, whose play was hampered by knee and chest injuries. . . . Jumbo Elliott, offensive tackle for the New York Jets, was charged with driving while intoxicated in Hempstead, N.Y.
