* “Not Like Crocker”--Chris Widney’s comedy, set at various weddings and funerals involving three women clinging to their dreams and their friendship, opens tonight at the Theatre/Theater Workspace.
* “And the Soul Shall Dance”--Wakako Yamauchi’s drama about two Japanese immigrant families coping with the Depression, racial prejudice and cultural differences will be told Friday at the Morgan-Wixson Theatre in Santa Monica.
